This recipe is written for a real home kitchen: clear visual cues, flexible timing, and ingredients you can find without a specialty trip. Elena tests each bake until the texture is dependable and the method feels calm.
Before you start
Read the full method once, measure ingredients before heating the oven, and trust the doneness cues more than the clock. Ovens vary, but a good recipe teaches you what to look for.
Elena’s testing note
A short chill prevents spreading while keeping the recipe weeknight-friendly.
Ingredients to know
The ingredient list is intentionally simple. Use fresh leaveners, room-temperature dairy when called for, and good vanilla or chocolate when those flavors lead the recipe.
